The Legends Event Center boast 122,000+ square-feet of activity space that features 16 volleyball courts that can convert to eight basketball courts, concessions, a gaming arena, meeting and hospitality rooms, an arcade, turf space, seating areas, and more. M&M’s civil design services included site, grading, utility design of 1,073-LF of 8” waterline, drainage and paving design for the complex and two parking lots containing 610 spaces.
