As the sub-consultant, Mitchell & Morgan, LLP was responsible for the development of the new College Hills Elementary School in College Station, Texas. The new school replaced an existing elementary school on the same property and was designed so that the new school could be constructed adjacent to the existing building without any interruption of school functions.
