Mitchell & Morgan, LLP was responsible for the design of the rehabilitation of Church Avenue in College Station between College Main and Nagle. This included the rehabilitation of approximately 950 linear feet of Church Avenue, including storm drainage/inlets, and tree wells with street trees. This project was located in the Northgate Historical District of College Station requiring specific aesthetic guidelines.
