Mitchell & Morgan, LLP was responsible for the design of the rehabilitation of Coulter Drive in Bryan, Texas between East 29th Street and William J. Bryan Parkway. Coulter Drive is a major collector that runs through an established residential area. This project was constructed in sections in an effort to minimize the effects of the demolition and construction on the residences. This project consisted of the rehabilitation of approximately 10,000 square yards of concrete pavement, two box culvert drainage structures, 500 linear feet of 8” sewer Line, and 950 linear feet of 8” water line. The design phase of this project began in late 2007, and the construction of the roadway began in late 2008.
