Northpoint Crossing brings urban style lofts and retail spaces to the corner of University Drive and Texas Avenue in College Station. Phase one included the construction of three 5-story buildings, two 7-story parking garages and over 50,000 square feet of retail space. Mitchell and Morgan was responsible for the entitlement, demolition, civil site, utility and drainage design for the redevelopment of 11 acres.
