The Otto Student Housing development opened in August 2024. M&M provided a feasibility analysis, entitlement services and design services including a demolition plan, site plan, utility relocation plan, waterline design, sanitary sewerline design, storm sewer design, and an above ground detention vault located in the garage. The project included the extension of 315-LF of 8” waterline to loop the City’s water system along Louise Street.
