The Texas A&M Health Science Center project consisted of both a 261-acre Health Science Center master plan as well as the development of construction plans for Phase I Campus Site improvements. As the sub-contractor, Mitchell & Morgan helped develop a master plan—which included water, sewer, storm sewer and roadway alignments for the campus. Phase I included the design of a looped roadway, parking lots, water, wastewater, storm sewer design and a drainage study for a portion of Turkey Creek.
