The Cottages of College Station is a multi-family cottage concept complex located at Jones Butler and FM 2818 on a 56-acre lot. This project originated from a 135-acre tract that was master planned for multi-family and retail development. As the lead on this project, Mitchell & Morgan provided thoroughfare master planning and design, negotiation of a land swap with the City of College Station to accomplish the new thoroughfare alignment, site planning, utility and drainage design.
